Scuba Activities for Kids

This page is dedicated to scuba diving for children below 15 years of age.

Teenagers from 15 years old, although some restrictions still apply when scuba diving, immediately receive a PADI certification as for an adult.

Not included in any of the courses

• Course Student Material and certification fees

• Food & drinks on the boats

• The daily Environmental tax

• The daily Marine Park Fee for the Marine Park dive sites

What you need to bring

• 2 passport-sized pictures (or have them done at one of our dive centres)

• Medical certificate stating that there are no medical conditions preventing the participation in any scuba diving activity

A medical certificate is only mandatory if you answer yes to one of the questions within the PADI Medical Statement that you will have to fill out prior to enrolling on any course at Dive Point Red Sea. Therefore, if you have any doubt, it is highly recommended that you check with your physician before coming. Please find the complete PADI Medical Statement in Acrobat format on our Download page.

Most of the courses can be taken only partially. Either you have already completed some of the modules before coming to Dive Point Red Sea or you start the course with us and complete it somewhere else later.
